Carl Jct. Ruby Jack Phase 3

Phase 3 of the Ruby Jack trail began construction in Summer 2015.  This 2 mile section is within Carl Jct.  This will give us 10 miles complete on the Ruby Jack with 6 miles left to go.   Financining by Missouri Department of Natural Resources, the Joplin Trails Coalition and our sponsors.
